About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Administering Modern Client Management environments based on Microsoft technologies
- Developing PowerShell scripts for automation
- Packaging and deploying software using the PSADT framework
- Designing new solutions and enhancing existing concepts in the Modern Client Management environment
- Providing 2nd- and 3rd-level support and carrying out ITIL-compliant problem management
- Coordinating client engineering activities, ticket handling, and projects
- Actively contributing to projects and independently managing sub-projects
- Supporting customer reviews and regular status meetings
Requirements
What you’ll need- Experience with Microsoft 365 and Modern Client Management solutions such as MECM (SCCM), Intune, and Microsoft Defender
- Proficiency in PowerShell
- Good scripting skills are desirable
- Customer-, process-, and solution-oriented approach
- Professional and approachable manner when interacting with customers
- Good written and spoken German and English
- Willingness to learn and work with new subject areas
- Proactive, forward-thinking, committed, flexible, and creative approach to work
- Strong communication skills and an ability and willingness to think outside the box
- Enjoyment of working collaboratively in a dynamic team
