About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Professionally receive and handle incoming software and hardware incidents in a large enterprise customer environment
- Process incidents in the ticketing system: prioritization, classification and documentation
- Perform error/fault analysis and initiate corrective measures
- Provide first-level assistance and offer solutions via remote support
- Escalate incidents to downstream teams when necessary
Requirements
What you’ll need- IT affinity as well as strong communication and teamwork skills
- Excellent spoken and written German; English skills are an advantage
- Confident use of Windows 10 and Microsoft Office 365
- Completed vocational training in the IT field or professional experience in IT support
