About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Professional handling of incoming software and hardware incidents in a large-customer environment
  • Processing incidents in the ticketing system: prioritization, classification and documentation
  • Perform root cause analysis and initiate corrective measures
  • Provide first-line assistance and solutions via remote support
  • If necessary, escalate incidents to downstream teams

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • IT affinity as well as strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Excellent German language skills, spoken and written; English skills are an advantage
  • Confident use of Windows 10 and Microsoft Office 365
  • Nice to have: completed vocational training in an IT field or professional experience in IT support
