About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Professional handling of incoming software and hardware incidents in a large-customer environment
- Processing incidents in the ticketing system: prioritization, classification and documentation
- Perform root cause analysis and initiate corrective measures
- Provide first-line assistance and solutions via remote support
- If necessary, escalate incidents to downstream teams
Requirements
What you’ll need- IT affinity as well as strong communication and teamwork skills
- Excellent German language skills, spoken and written; English skills are an advantage
- Confident use of Windows 10 and Microsoft Office 365
- Nice to have: completed vocational training in an IT field or professional experience in IT support
