About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Take end-to-end responsibility for complex IT transition and transformation projects
Ensure project success in terms of scope, schedule, budget and quality
Build and develop trusted client relationships
Advise clients as a trusted advisor on strategic issues
Identify opportunities for further development and work closely with the sales team
Proactively manage risks, dependencies and escalations
Define and optimize transition and transformation processes
Lead and coordinate interdisciplinary project teams
Contribute to the development of methods, standards and templates

Requirements

What you’ll need

Degree in a technical or business-related field
Several years of experience leading IT transition, transformation or outsourcing projects
Experience building and developing client relationships in a project context
Ability to translate client requirements into sustainable solutions
Confident presence and experience with demanding stakeholders up to C-level
Solid understanding of IT infrastructures (cloud, networking, workplace, data center)
Ideally experience collaborating with sales and presales
Structured, solution-oriented mindset with a focus on value and results
Strong communication skills, assertiveness and a high degree of personal responsibility
Ideally certifications such as PRINCE2, ITIL or equivalent
Willingness to travel within Germany
Very good German skills (C1) and good English skills (B2)
