IT Support Consultant, Bulgarian, German

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Diagnose and resolve errors and malfunctions remotely using remote access tools
- Prioritize, classify, and document issues in the ticketing system
- Escalate and forward tickets to the appropriate support teams when unresolved
- Manage and monitor tickets to meet service level agreements (SLAs)
- Share knowledge and document solutions in the knowledge base
Requirements
What you’ll need- Several years of experience in customer support or IT helpdesk roles
- Excellent Bulgarian language skills, both written and spoken
- German language skills are a plus
- Strong customer-service orientation and ability to multitask
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills
- Professional phone manner and active listening skills
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to prioritize, classify, and document tickets accurately
