About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Diagnose and resolve errors and malfunctions remotely using remote access tools
  • Prioritize, classify, and document issues in the ticketing system
  • Escalate and forward tickets to the appropriate support teams when unresolved
  • Manage and monitor tickets to meet service level agreements (SLAs)
  • Share knowledge and document solutions in the knowledge base

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Several years of experience in customer support or IT helpdesk roles
  • Excellent Bulgarian language skills, both written and spoken
  • German language skills are a plus
  • Strong customer-service orientation and ability to multitask
  • Excellent teamwork and communication skills
  • Professional phone manner and active listening skills
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to prioritize, classify, and document tickets accurately
