Senior SAP HCM Consultant – Nationwide

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Prepare requirements analyses, solution concepts, and architectures for SAP HCM on-premise solutions and/or SAP SuccessFactors
- Support our clients in the implementation and operation of complex SAP HCM or SuccessFactors solutions
- Independently manage our clients in the SAP HCM or SuccessFactors environment in the areas of consulting, customizing, and configuration
Requirements
What you’ll need- Completed university degree or vocational training in computer science or in a personnel/HR-related field
- Several years of professional experience in SAP HCM in one or more of the following areas: Payroll (including schemas and rules), Time Management (including schemas and rules), Travel Management, Organizational Management, Talent Management, or experience in one or more SuccessFactors modules
- Optional: ABAP knowledge
- Confident presence, structured working style, and strong communication skills
- High level of responsibility, business-oriented mindset, and initiative
- Very good German skills, good English skills
- Willingness to travel is required
