About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage sales processes and coordinate administrative sales operations
- Support the preparation and follow-up of quotes and proposals
- Manage sales processes end-to-end
- Analyze and prepare customer and sales data
- Ensure smooth information flow between inside sales and field sales
- Maintain, structure and optimize customer and sales data in the CRM
- Actively contribute to the development and efficiency improvements of sales processes
Requirements
What you’ll need- Completed commercial training, degree in business administration, or equivalent qualification
- Initial practical experience in sales, inside sales, sales support, or a comparable commercial-sales role
- Basic understanding of sales processes
- Proficient in Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
- Interest in CRM systems or other sales tools
- Analytical thinking and an interest in data
- Structured, careful, and independent working style
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Excellent German skills (C2) and good written and spoken English
