About the role

  • Develop requirement analyses, solution concepts and architectures for SAP HCM on-premise solutions and/or SAP SuccessFactors.
  • Support customers in the implementation and operation of complex SAP HCM or SuccessFactors solutions.
  • Independently manage customer engagements in the SAP HCM or SuccessFactors environment, covering consulting, customizing and configuration.

Requirements

  • Completed university degree or equivalent professional experience in computer science/IT or in a human resources-related field.
  • Several years of professional experience in SAP HCM in one or more of the following areas: Payroll (including schemas and rules), Time Management (including schemas and rules), Travel Management, Organizational Management, Talent Management, or in one or more SuccessFactors modules.
  • ABAP knowledge is a plus.
  • Confident presence, a structured approach and strong communication skills.
  • High level of responsibility, business awareness and initiative.
  • Very good German skills and good English skills.
  • Willingness to travel is required.
