About the role
- Understand customer requirements and develop tailor-made concepts
- Implement technical solutions independently to ensure smooth operation
- Build and operate stabilized Citrix virtualization environments
- Commit to continuous quality and performance improvements
- Solve technical challenges independently or collaboratively
- Create clear instructions and documentation for customers and internal teams
Requirements
- Completed training or a degree in an IT-related field
- Several years of experience with Citrix Virtual Apps, Provisioning Services, NetScaler/ADC, and FSLogix
- Experience with Active Directory, group policies, networks, and virtualization
- Proficiency in Azure Virtual Desktop, Microsoft Azure, Entra ID, and Intune
- Strong analytical skills and ability to solve problems independently
- Business English skills, both written and spoken; German language skills are highly advantageous
