  • Build and operate highly available Citrix virtualization environments: Ensure our systems are stable and performant at all times — preventing outages and wait times.

  • Resolve technical challenges independently or as part of a team: Whether tricky faults or complex issues — tackle them with initiative and teamwork to find pragmatic solutions.
  • Create clear guides and documentation: So both our customers and internal teams always have clarity.

Requirements

  • Completed vocational training or a degree in an IT-related field — check! If so, you're a great fit.
  • Several years' experience with Citrix Virtual Apps, Provisioning Services, NetScaler/ADC and FSLogix — you manage virtual environments like an expert.
  • Active Directory, Group Policies, networking and virtualization are part of your daily routine.
  • Experience with Azure Virtual Desktop, Microsoft Azure, Entra ID and Intune.
  • Strong analytical skills, a quick problem solver who works independently and in a structured way while being a team player.
  • Very good German skills and good English skills complete your profile — you can perform confidently in both languages.
