About the role

  • You will operate in the context of IT initiatives and support the client by planning, conducting, monitoring and controlling business analyses
  • You will perform in-depth analyses of the client's IT processes and derive improvements and recommendations
  • Together with the client and our team, you will support projects in monitoring project objectives and progress
  • Documentation and stakeholder management

Requirements

  • Successfully completed degree or equivalent vocational training with relevant professional experience in a similar role
  • At least 5 years' experience leading medium and large programs, projects and subprojects or working as a Business Analyst
  • Strong IT affinity
  • Knowledge of project and process management, demonstrated by at least one certification (PMI, PRINCE2, IPMA, etc.)
  • Professional experience with BPMN 2.0 is a major advantage
  • Goal- and solution-oriented approach
  • Hands-on mentality
  • Willingness to travel to client projects in the Rhine-Main region
  • Strong customer- and service-orientation and good organizational, coordination and communication skills
  • Excellent German and English skills, both written and spoken.
