About the role

  • You administer and operate applications, databases, middleware, interfaces, Docker containers, Kubernetes clusters, and you don't shy away from any challenge.
  • You support our customers in transforming their IT landscapes to container and cloud technologies.
  • You continuously develop professionally and keep up to date with common cloud technologies.
  • You work actively in a team with your colleagues and tackle daily tasks together.

Requirements

  • You are proficient with Linux at the command line, the file system, log files, etc.
  • You are comfortable with (scripting) languages such as Bash and Python, and you have a good command of English.
  • You have initial experience with containerization and/or orchestration: you have already worked with Docker, Kubernetes, or similar technologies.
  • Whether on Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud, you have an overview of what can be done in the cloud.
  • Ideally, you have experience with some of the following technologies: MariaDB, PostgreSQL, Dockerfiles, Kubernetes manifests, Ansible, Helm, Terraform, Git.
  • You speak very good German and can communicate well in English.
