About the role
- Processing administrative HR tasks from onboarding to offboarding
- Preparing employment-related documents and certificates
- Carrying out preparatory steps for monthly payroll in SAP HCM
- First point of contact for employment law, social security and tax-related questions
- Managing time tracking, including time corrections, working hours and absences
- Recording, maintaining and managing employee master data in SAP HCM
- Creating and documenting HR-related reports and analyses
- Support and professional advice on special topics such as company pension schemes
Requirements
- Completed training as a Personnel Specialist, Personnel Services Specialist or commercial training with a focus on HR
- Professional experience in preparatory payroll processing
- Knowledge of tax and social security law
- Proficient in MS Office
- Good knowledge of SAP HCM
