About the role

  • Ensure smooth operation of a diverse system landscape
  • Handle tickets in accordance with SLAs
  • Resolve incidents at 1st and 2nd level support or escalate to downstream teams when necessary
  • Receive and handle customer inquiries by phone, email, or at our customer desk
  • Maintain asset data
  • Support IT projects
  • Continuously optimize operational processes and structures

Requirements

  • Enjoys working independently
  • Motivated to develop professionally in the IT field
  • Ideally, experience in telephone-based 1st and 2nd level support
  • Basic knowledge of Windows and Office environments
  • Advanced knowledge of standard hardware
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work in a team
  • Good German language skills, written and spoken (at least C1 level)
