About the role
- Responsible for acquiring new customers in priority industries
- Cross- and up-selling within the existing customer segment
- Responsible for sales acquisition approaches
- Accountability for results and revenue, achieving and further developing KPIs
- Expansion and management of the sales team
- Primary point of contact for customers' management
Requirements
- Several years of professional experience in sales of IT services
- Ideally a strong network in the defense, military, aerospace and space industries
- Empathetic personality with a talent for motivating others
- Goal- and results-oriented working style
- Strong sales, customer and service orientation
- Leadership experience and management competence
- Resourcefulness and enthusiasm for shaping processes
- Creativity, curiosity and desire for personal development
- Methodological competence and conceptual skills
- Proficiency in German (spoken and written), at least C1
- Good knowledge of English
