About the role

  • You lead a cross-functional development team (approx. 5–8 people)
  • You shape the technical direction of our projects
  • You actively contribute to both frontend and backend development
  • You act as the primary point of contact for our clients
  • You evaluate new technologies, propose initiatives and support their implementation

Requirements

  • Several years of experience as a Full Stack Developer
  • Experience in technical or disciplinary leadership of developers
  • Strong expertise in frontend and backend development
  • Excellent German (C2) for professional client communication
  • Enjoy taking responsibility and making decisions
  • Nice-to-have: Experience with cloud environments or container technologies
  • Nice-to-have: Experience in larger project or process environments
  • Nice-to-have: Experience working with stakeholders or in a consulting environment
