About the role
- Support in identifying and evaluating potential acquisitions and equity investments
- Conduct market and competitor analyses with strategic recommendations
- Company analyses, financial modeling and valuation methods (e.g., DCF, multiples)
- Contribute to the preparation of business plans, investment papers and decision documents
- Organize and support due diligence processes and coordinate external advisors
Requirements
- Completed degree in Economics, Finance or a comparable field
- Initial professional experience in M&A, Corporate Finance or Transaction Services
- Solid knowledge of company valuation and financial analysis
- Excellent skills in MS Excel and PowerPoint
- Analytical mindset and strong numerical affinity
- Structured way of working
- Very good German and English skills, both written and spoken (level C1)
- Team player, self-initiative and strong communication skills
