About the role

  • You lead an interdisciplinary development team (5–8 people or more)
  • You are technically responsible for partly large development projects
  • You work hands‑on in both frontend and backend development
  • You are the primary point of contact for our clients
  • You enjoy evaluating and introducing new technologies and guiding your team through their integration.

Requirements

  • At least 8 years of professional experience in Full Stack development
  • Several years in a leadership role with personnel responsibility for teams of 5 or more people
  • Frontend: React, Angular or Vue.js
  • Backend: Node.js, Python, Java or comparable technologies
  • Databases: PostgreSQL, MongoDB, MySQL
  • DevOps/CI‑CD: Docker, Kubernetes, GitLab CI/CD, Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure or GCP)
  • German: Business fluent (C2) both written and spoken
  • English: Very good command (C1 or better) for international projects and teams
  • Experience in personnel development, mentoring and team building
