About the role

  • Support for exciting projects in large, partly international customer environments
  • Gather and analyze technical customer requirements in existing or new environments
  • Deployment, installation, integration, migration, configuration, monitoring and optimization of larger IT systems based on customer requirements
  • Customization/optimization of customer-side standard and bespoke solutions
  • Ensure smooth operation including troubleshooting
  • Documentation of services provided

Requirements

  • Successfully completed degree in (business) computer science or vocational training in an IT-related field
  • Several years of professional experience working with Microsoft technologies such as Windows Server environments
  • Active Directory / Domain Services
  • Core services such as DHCP, DNS, NTP, NPS, KMS, Entra ID & Entra Connect
  • Desirable: experience in one or more of the following areas: Exchange Server / Hybrid / Online, SharePoint Server / SharePoint Online, File Services, Remote Desktop Gateway Services / Windows Virtual Desktop Services, Microsoft Teams, Microsoft Intune
  • Ideally MCSE and/or MCSA certification
  • Structured and solution-oriented way of working
  • Strong customer and service orientation
  • Very good German and good English skills, both written and spoken.
