About the role

  • You ensure operations across a diverse system landscape
  • You handle tickets in accordance with SLAs
  • You resolve incidents at 1st and 2nd level support or escalate them to downstream teams as necessary
  • You record and process customer inquiries by phone, email, or at our customer service desk
  • You maintain asset data
  • You assist with IT projects
  • You continuously optimize operational processes and structures

Requirements

  • You enjoy working independently
  • You are motivated to develop further in the IT field
  • You ideally have experience in telephone-based 1st and 2nd level support
  • You have basic knowledge of Windows and Office environments
  • You have advanced knowledge of standard hardware
  • You are communicative and a team player
  • You have strong German language skills, both spoken and written (minimum C1 level)
