About the role

  • Creation of software packages using various technologies such as App Deployment Toolkit, InstallShield, Flexera AdminStudio
  • Conduct quality tests, analyze and resolve issues, and perform acceptance testing
  • Create documentation for software packages
  • Prepare software for distribution via Microsoft SCCM/MECM or Intune
  • Analyze and resolve issues using customer-specific ticketing systems
  • Provide second- and third-level support

Requirements

  • Completed vocational training as an IT specialist (Fachinformatiker) and/or comparable education or practical experience in the field
  • Experience in analyzing and packaging Microsoft SCCM/MECM packages
  • Strong skills in repackaging applications
  • Knowledge of software packaging technologies and products, e.g., Windows Installer (MSI), AdminStudio
  • Good understanding of scripting languages such as PowerShell, VBScript, Batch
  • Willingness to take responsibility; work methodically and solution-oriented
  • Quick comprehension, strong analytical and communication skills, and ability to work independently
  • Very good German and good English
