About the role
- Installation, commissioning and maintenance of computer systems and peripheral devices in heterogeneous networks
- Supporting colleagues at the service desk and providing on-site customer support
- Participation in project planning at both the client–server level and in the network infrastructure area
- Imparting commercial/business knowledge
Requirements
- Good school-leaving qualification (e.g., intermediate certificate (BKI+II) with Fachhochschulreife, Fachhochschulreife, or Abitur)
- Strong enthusiasm for challenges and for working in an innovative IT environment
- Excellent German language skills and good English skills
- Team player with a strong work ethic and initiative
