About the role

  • You are an all-rounder and support us with complete order processing: from creating quotes and procurement to invoicing
  • You advise on all process-related questions around order processing, research service portfolios and create customized offers for our customers
  • As part of complaint management, you are the contact person for supplier communication, claims and warranty handling
  • As a contact person for our customers and account managers, you develop tailored solution proposals
  • You maintain and update customer and order data in the CRM and ERP system SAP S/4HANA
  • Continuous optimization of internal processes comes naturally to you

Requirements

  • Completed commercial vocational training with experience in customer interaction required
  • IT affinity or IT background desirable
  • Experience with the ERP system “SAP S/4HANA” is an advantage
  • Empathetic demeanor combined with a commercial understanding of products
  • Quality awareness as well as strong customer and service orientation
  • Structured, analytical and independent way of working
  • Confident demeanour and strong communication and team skills
  • Very good German and good English skills, both written and spoken
