About the role
- Technical support for French-speaking clients
- Documenting and classifying tickets in the ticketing system
- Managing and administering inquiries in the ServicePortal
- Forwarding tickets to downstream support units
- Controlling and monitoring tickets according to the Service Level Agreements
Requirements
- Technical support is your strength — and French is no problem for you
- You are the first point of contact for issues with e-forms and help our customers quickly and competently
- You document and classify tickets in the ticketing system
- You manage and administer inquiries in the ServicePortal (Mon–Sat, between 6 AM and 7 PM), up to 5 days a week and 8 hours per day
- You skillfully forward tickets to downstream support units
- You control and monitor tickets in accordance with our Service Level Agreements
- You are characterized by a customer-friendly and service-oriented approach to work
- You are also distinguished by a quick grasp and a structured working style
- One of your key strengths is very good communication skills and a strong command of expression
- It is an advantage if you have already gained initial professional experience in the IT field
- Very good German and English skills, both written and spoken, round off your profile
- You speak very good German (fluent)
- Good French skills — you can communicate clearly and support our customers competently
