About the role

  • First point of contact for requests submitted via e-forms
  • Provide fast and competent support to our customers
  • Document and classify tickets in the ticketing system
  • Manage and administer requests within the ticketing system
  • Properly escalate and forward tickets to downstream support teams
  • Track and monitor tickets in accordance with our Service Level Agreements

Requirements

  • Customer-friendly and service-oriented work approach
  • Several years of professional experience in an IT environment is a plus
  • Strong communication skills and good command of expression
  • Very good German (C1) and English (B2) skills, both written and spoken
