About the role
- First point of contact for requests submitted via e-forms
- Provide fast and competent support to our customers
- Document and classify tickets in the ticketing system
- Manage and administer requests within the ticketing system
- Properly escalate and forward tickets to downstream support teams
- Track and monitor tickets in accordance with our Service Level Agreements
Requirements
- Customer-friendly and service-oriented work approach
- Several years of professional experience in an IT environment is a plus
- Strong communication skills and good command of expression
- Very good German (C1) and English (B2) skills, both written and spoken
