About the role
- You take responsibility for designing and further developing our company processes according to ITIL standards—structured, transparent and without unnecessary process chaos.
- You continuously monitor, analyze and optimize the internal IT process landscape across all areas of the company.
- You drive the strategic development of the process landscape and proactively propose improvement initiatives—standing still is not an option.
- You prepare internal and external audits against a variety of norms and standards, support them on site and maintain oversight even when situations become critical.
- You assess and analyze IT risks from a technical perspective together with the system owners—so surprises remain as positive as possible.
- You align central requirements and procedures with other DATAGROUP companies as well as internally and ensure a consistent, pragmatic implementation.
Requirements
- You have a degree or vocational training in an IT-related field and initial professional experience in IT Service Management.
- You have experience in designing and implementing IT Service Management processes—from the initial concept to clean execution.
- Good knowledge of ITIL standards; ideally you already hold a related certification—this is not mandatory but a strong plus.
- Ideally, you have supported internal and external audits and stay composed when unannounced questions arise.
- You are interested in Risk Management and have ideally had first practical exposure—you prefer to identify risks early rather than too late.
- You work independently, in a structured way and with a high standard of quality—and you address topics proactively.
- You are communicative and interact confidently and professionally with internal and external stakeholders.
- Language skills: German at least C1 level; English business-fluent.
