About the role
- Monitoring SLAs and KPIs for our clients
- Creating work packages and conducting workshops as part of our service catalog
- Tracking implementations and providing organizational support for projects
- Strategic development in collaboration with the client
- Participation in CAB (Change Advisory Board) meetings
- Preparing reports and analyses; supporting invoicing
- Resource planning for your area
- Development and mentoring of employees within the specialist teams
- Preparing proposals in coordination with the specialist departments
- Preparing and actively participating in pre-sales meetings
- Supporting tenders and the creation of references/case studies
Requirements
- Degree in (business) computer science or vocational training in an IT-related field
- Several years' experience in IT Service Management and Project Management
- Experience producing technical documentation, reports and PowerPoint presentations
- Confident use of ticketing systems
- Strong analytical thinking and a structured, independent working style
- Professional and confident demeanor
- Strong service and results orientation
- Excellent organizational skills
- High communication and teamwork skills, including at C-level
- Very good German and good English skills, written and spoken
