About the role

  • Support for end-to-end order processing: from creating quotes and procurement to invoicing
  • Provide guidance on all process-related questions concerning order handling, research service portfolios and prepare tailored offers
  • Serve as point of contact for supplier communication, complaints and warranty processing as part of complaint management
  • Develop tailored solution proposals as the contact person for our customers and account managers
  • Maintain and update customer and order data in the CRM and ERP system SAP S/4HANA
  • Continuous optimization of internal processes

Requirements

  • Completed commercial training with experience in customer service required
  • IT affinity or IT background desirable
  • Experience with the ERP system “SAP S/4HANA” is an advantage
  • Empathetic manner combined with commercial product understanding
  • Quality awareness as well as strong customer and service orientation
  • Structured, analytical and independent working style
  • Very good communication and teamwork skills
  • Confident and persuasive demeanor
  • Excellent German and good English skills, both written and spoken.
