About the role
- Support for end-to-end order processing: from creating quotes and procurement to invoicing
- Provide guidance on all process-related questions concerning order handling, research service portfolios and prepare tailored offers
- Serve as point of contact for supplier communication, complaints and warranty processing as part of complaint management
- Develop tailored solution proposals as the contact person for our customers and account managers
- Maintain and update customer and order data in the CRM and ERP system SAP S/4HANA
- Continuous optimization of internal processes
Requirements
- Completed commercial training with experience in customer service required
- IT affinity or IT background desirable
- Experience with the ERP system “SAP S/4HANA” is an advantage
- Empathetic manner combined with commercial product understanding
- Quality awareness as well as strong customer and service orientation
- Structured, analytical and independent working style
- Very good communication and teamwork skills
- Confident and persuasive demeanor
- Excellent German and good English skills, both written and spoken.
