About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Serve as the primary technical resource for DataGrail Consent implementations
- Guide customers through mobile app consent implementations
- Partner with Customer Success to build structured troubleshooting playbooks
- Identify patterns in recurring implementation issues and build scalable solutions
- Maintain and improve technical documentation for Consent banner deployment
Requirements
What you’ll need- 2–4 years of hands-on experience deploying and troubleshooting web development projects
- Working knowledge of JavaScript
- Experience with Google Tag Manager or another enterprise tag management platform
- Familiarity with consent management platforms
- Experience with iOS (Swift) and Android (Kotlin and Java) apps
- Customer-facing experience in a SaaS or agency environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Comfort working independently in ambiguous environments
