About the role

  • You actively and politely support our Dutch customers — by phone and through online support systems — with all technical questions related to our DATAflor software.
  • You answer all program-related inquiries and develop solution approaches.
  • When searching for the optimal solution for our customers, you independently communicate with other departments within the company.
  • You are willing, when needed, to conduct online seminars or project training and to create training concepts and training videos.

Requirements

  • Fluent German and Dutch, spoken and written
  • Enthusiasm for technology and IT
  • Strong customer and service orientation
  • Enjoy working with customers and a helpful attitude
  • Strong communication skills and a solution-oriented approach
