Director – Product Management, File Systems

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Define and execute the multi-year product strategy for the enterprise file system portfolio
- Establish market positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategies
- Drive innovation roadmaps that balance near-term revenue impact with long-term strategic advantage
- Manage the product portfolio lifecycle
- Communicate product strategy, roadmap, and performance metrics to executive leadership
- Lead cross-functional partnerships with Engineering, Sales, CMO, and Finance
Requirements
What you’ll need- 12+ years of product management experience
- At least 5 years in a director-level or equivalent leadership role
- Deep technical expertise in file system architecture
- Proven track record of developing and launching enterprise infrastructure products
- P&L management experience with ownership of revenue targets
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills
