About the role
- Your role in our team: We are looking for an experienced IT Project Manager (m/f/d) to lead our digital initiatives with expertise and commitment.
- You will work closely with business departments, develop practical IT solutions and support the continuous, sustainable optimization of our processes.
- Operational project management: You plan, control and independently implement challenging IT projects, always aligned with our strategic objectives.
- Resource and budget control: You coordinate resource allocation and keep track of budgets to ensure optimal staffing and execution of projects.
- Risk management: You identify and assess project risks, initiate appropriate measures and conduct regular reviews to ensure smooth project progress.
- Stakeholder management: You ensure transparent information flow and maintain close communication with internal and external stakeholders so all parties remain aligned.
- Requirements management & collaboration: Together with various business units you determine the concrete requirements.
- Reporting and documentation: You prepare meaningful status reports, analyses and decision papers to support our leadership in decision-making.
Requirements
- Education & degree: You hold a completed university degree in Business Informatics, Computer Science or a comparable technical field.
- Professional experience: With at least 5 years of experience in IT project management, you understand the challenges of large IT projects and bring solid expertise.
- Methodological competence: You have thorough knowledge of both traditional and agile project management methods.
- Analytical strength: Your strong analytical thinking and confident risk management enable you to steer projects purposefully.
- Tool experience: You are proficient with modern project management and reporting tools and feel comfortable working in a heterogeneous application landscape.
- Communication skills: Your excellent communication skills and confident stakeholder management round off your profile.
