About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Design and deliver ServiceNow solutions across multiple workflows and modules.
  • Evaluate customer business needs and translate them into scalable ServiceNow architectures and configurations.
  • Lead project workstreams, including requirements gathering, design workshops, sprint planning, and technical implementation.
  • Configure and customise ServiceNow forms, workflows, integrations, automation, business rules, and portal components.
  • Support installation, testing, and deployment of ServiceNow solutions, coordinating customer UAT activities.
  • Identify risks, issues, and continuous improvement opportunities, escalating to leadership as required.
  • Develop technical specifications, user guides, configuration documentation, and architectural artefacts.
  • Contribute to proposals, solution presentations, and pre-sales activities.
  • Stay current with ServiceNow releases, best practices, automation approaches, and emerging platform capabilities.
  • Ensure health, safety, and security compliance in all work practices.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 3+ years’ experience in systems design, integration, or technology consulting, ideally with hands-on ServiceNow delivery experience.
  • Demonstrated capability in one or more ServiceNow modules or technical disciplines, such as ITSM, CSM, CMDB, Automation, Flow Designer, or Integrations.
  • Strong analytical and consultative skills to translate business needs into technical solutions.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with end-users and IT staff.
  • Technical specification writing and documentation skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and build productive customer relationships.
  • Business awareness, including corporate structure and planning strategies.
  • Knowledge of industry standards and government regulations in data communications/networking.
  • Familiarity with modern DevOps tools and automation practices.
