  • Lead and mentor a team of integration developers.
  • Provide technical guidance and foster collaboration and continuous improvement.
  • Design and architect robust, scalable integration solutions using Azure Integration Services.
  • Apply Azure integration patterns and best practices.
  • Oversee development and implementation while ensuring coding standards and best practices.
  • Design, develop, and manage secure, scalable, discoverable APIs with Azure API Management.
  • Lead resolution of complex integration issues and troubleshooting.
  • Communicate technical concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines for integration deployments.
  • Optimize integration solutions for performance, scalability, and reliability.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 5+ years of experience designing and implementing integration solutions within the Azure cloud.
  • Proven expertise in Azure Logic Apps, Service Bus, API Management, Event Grid, and other Azure integration services.
  • Strong understanding of RESTful API design and development, with experience in API Management.
  • Proficiency in relevant programming languages such as C#, .NET, PowerShell, or Python.
  • Experience with relational and NoSQL databases such as Azure SQL Database and Cosmos DB.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps principles.
  • Proven ability to lead and mentor a team of developers.
  • Ability to communicate technical concepts to diverse audiences.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience working in an Agile development environment.
  • Senior-level experience is required.
  • Proven experience as a Tech Lead or similar role is highly desirable.
  • Azure certifications, such as Azure Solutions Architect Expert or Azure Developer Associate, are highly desirable.
