About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead and mentor a team of integration developers.
Provide technical guidance and foster collaboration and continuous improvement.
Design and architect robust, scalable integration solutions using Azure Integration Services.
Apply Azure integration patterns and best practices.
Oversee development and implementation while ensuring coding standards and best practices.
Design, develop, and manage secure, scalable, discoverable APIs with Azure API Management.
Lead resolution of complex integration issues and troubleshooting.
Communicate technical concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines for integration deployments.
Optimize integration solutions for performance, scalability, and reliability.
Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation.

Requirements

What you’ll need

5+ years of experience designing and implementing integration solutions within the Azure cloud.
Proven expertise in Azure Logic Apps, Service Bus, API Management, Event Grid, and other Azure integration services.
Strong understanding of RESTful API design and development, with experience in API Management.
Proficiency in relevant programming languages such as C#, .NET, PowerShell, or Python.
Experience with relational and NoSQL databases such as Azure SQL Database and Cosmos DB.
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps principles.
Proven ability to lead and mentor a team of developers.
Ability to communicate technical concepts to diverse audiences.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Experience working in an Agile development environment.
Senior-level experience is required.
Proven experience as a Tech Lead or similar role is highly desirable.
Azure certifications, such as Azure Solutions Architect Expert or Azure Developer Associate, are highly desirable.
