About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • As a Workday- Functional Consultant, you’ll be the conduit between the client’s business users, stakeholders and the implementation teams.
  • You will lead Workday HCM workstreams for multiple clients, from requirements gathering, design, configuration and support activities.
  • You will then lead testing activities, knowledge transfer sessions and user training.
  • The successful candidate for this role will be seen as an expert in their field and will have demonstrated experience and success in a similar, client facing role.
