About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Leading the design and configuration of Pega BPM/Case Management applications for multiple clients.
- Collaborating with business users and technical teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions that align with business objectives.
- Implementing Pega solution configurations, including rule design, case types, and integrations.
- Providing ongoing support, issue resolution, and optimization recommendations post-implementation.
- Acting as a subject matter expert in Pega, ensuring best practices are followed throughout the project lifecycle.
- Working with a diverse range of clients across different industries, helping them drive transformation by implementing and optimizing Pega solutions.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Pega Certified Senior System Architect (CSSA) or Pega Certified Lead System Architect (CLSA) certification (or working towards certification).
- Strong hands-on experience in Pega BPM and Pega Case Management, including solution design, configuration, and implementation.
- Expertise in gathering and analyzing business requirements, and translating them into functional specifications.
- Proven experience working with Pega applications in client-facing roles, delivering solutions on time and within scope.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to lead client workshops and engage effectively at all levels.
- Experience with Pega Infinity versions is highly desirable.
- Solid understanding of integration techniques, including SOAP, REST, and web services.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in an agile environment.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies is a plus.
