About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Executing key initiatives that support Datacom’s SaaS go-to-market journey across Datapay and Datascape
- Providing commercial and GTM analysis to inform strategy and shape execution plans that meet or exceed business goals
- Working cross-functionally with product, sales, marketing and operational teams to deliver strategic and operational initiatives
- Supporting financial planning activities, including budgeting and forecasting across short- and long-term horizons
- Helping build disciplined, repeatable GTM approaches that improve execution, visibility and decision-making
- Implementing and maintaining a principle-driven health and safety culture that ensures employee wellbeing in line with Datacom policy
Requirements
What you’ll need- 3+ years’ experience in software or SaaS sales, GTM execution, or commercial strategy roles
- Strong commercial acumen and a solid understanding of how growth initiatives translate into business outcomes
- Excellent analytical capability, with the ability to turn GTM data into clear, fact-based recommendations
- Strong program management and execution skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement and organisational skills
- Executive presence and the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels (Nice to have)
- Experience identifying opportunities for improvement and driving operational efficiency (Nice to have)
- A proactive, self-starting approach, with adaptability, sound judgement and strong attention to detail (Nice to have)
