About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Responsible for generating new business revenue by converting inbound leads and upselling existing customers
  • Manage the entire sales cycle from qualification to close
  • Conduct effective discovery calls
  • Present tailored demonstrations
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals
  • Work closely with the Key Accounts, Sales Development, Marketing and Growth Teams to maximise conversion and deal size.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Track record of exceeding sales targets
  • Experience in selling software solutions to small and medium-sized businesses
  • Consultative sales approach based on thorough discovery, well-presented demonstrations, and rigorous pipeline management
  • Ability to close sales
  • Outbound experience
  • Product demonstration experience
  • HCM or SaaS experience would be advantageous.
