About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Responsible for generating new business revenue by converting inbound leads and upselling existing customers
- Manage the entire sales cycle from qualification to close
- Conduct effective discovery calls
- Present tailored demonstrations
- Negotiate contracts and close deals
- Work closely with the Key Accounts, Sales Development, Marketing and Growth Teams to maximise conversion and deal size.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Track record of exceeding sales targets
- Experience in selling software solutions to small and medium-sized businesses
- Consultative sales approach based on thorough discovery, well-presented demonstrations, and rigorous pipeline management
- Ability to close sales
- Outbound experience
- Product demonstration experience
- HCM or SaaS experience would be advantageous.
