About the role

  • Work closely with Customers, Partners, Sales and Technical teams
  • Ensure assigned IT infrastructure-based projects are delivered on time, within budget, to agreed scope
  • Serve as the technical point of contact for implementation services and solutions, either remotely or on-site
  • Provide pre-sales support and expertise to the sales team
  • Respond to customer, technology and internal stakeholders’ changing requirements as required

Requirements

  • Must be an Australian Citizen to achieve Baseline or NV1 security clearance
  • Experience working with external enterprise customers in delivering projects in professional services environments
  • Experience with design, implementation and optimization of Windows Server and Active Directory
  • Experience with VMware Cloud Foundation 9.0
  • Experience with Virtualization (VMWare, Hyper-V, AHV)
  • Curiosity & passion for customers
  • Proven ability to communicate solutions effectively
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Design, implementation and optimization experience in Backup and recovery i.e Commvault, Veeam is desirable
  • Design, implementation and optimization experience in Hyperconverged technologies i.e. Nutanix, Dell, Cisco is desirable
