About the role
- Organising, leading and facilitating cross-functional project teams to deliver process improvements
- Developing metrics to measure performance and highlight future improvement opportunities
- Analysing data to identify root causes of issues and define best practice approaches
- Aligning improvement initiatives to address performance shortfalls
- Providing specialist consultation on re-engineering techniques and process optimisation
- Delivering internal presentations and training relating to measurement, analysis, improvement and control processes
- Performing cost–benefit analyses for process changes or new initiatives
- Embedding a principle-driven health and safety culture in line with Datacom policy
Requirements
- 6+ years of relevant technical or operational experience alongside a tertiary qualification
- Strong understanding of current business operations processes and procedures
- Knowledge of the end-to-end sales-to-delivery lifecycle
- Strong financial management skills, with clear understanding of the relationship between costs, utilisation and project revenue
- Proven ability to lead collaborative, cross-functional teams to achieve organisational goals
- Excellent stakeholder engagement, influencing and negotiation skills
- Strong analytical, consultative and problem-solving skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Science, Engineering, Economics, or related discipline
- Experience working within a Tier 2 Service Provider environment (nice to have)
- Project or service delivery management experience (nice to have)
- Master of Business Administration (MBA) qualification (nice to have)
