About the role
- Leading engagement with senior client stakeholders to define requirements and develop solutions.
- Deliver business consultancy, business analysis, organisational change management and operating model/organisational design projects.
- Contributing to pre-sales and business development activities across all our lines of business.
- Managing the cost, schedule, and quality of project activities to ensure delivery meets customer requirements.
- Coaching, mentoring, and overseeing the delivery work of junior consultants.
- Promoting and implementing a health and safety culture aligned with Datacom policies.
- Adapting to changing customer needs, emerging technologies, and evolving priorities.
Requirements
- 5+ years’ experience in a business and/or management consulting environment.
- Ability to lead collaborative teams and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Working knowledge of business analysis, organisational change management, operating model and or organisational design approaches.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, problem solving, and consulting skills.
- Finance management knowledge, with understanding of costs, utilisation, and project revenue to manage tight schedules and cost targets.
- Experience leading multi‑stream or complex transformation programmes.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Commerce, or related discipline.
- Demonstrated ability to align client business objectives with practical, achievable solution outcomes.
