About the role

  • manage the day-to-day operations of client’s EMM systems
  • problem-solve technical issues for customers
  • lead and manage the day-to-day operations of the Customers EMM systems
  • ensure an exceptional customer experience to Datacom’s EMM customer base
  • escalation point of contact for customers and team members
  • use tools and processes to deliver services to customers in accordance with SLAs
  • create design documents (HLD, DDD, and LLD)
  • build customer environment using Microsoft Endpoint Manager (Intune)
  • build customer environment using VMware WS1
  • provide technical leadership for major incidents
  • ensure all tickets are up to date with detailed descriptions of actions taken
  • identify inefficient procedures or processes and suggest improvements
  • provide governance to all implementations and changes affecting iOS and Android OS devices
  • configure Apple Business Manager (VPP, ADE, and MDM Servers)
  • follow best practice methodologies and adhere to recognized ITIL processes
  • complete time recording processes for work performed
  • document Risks and Issues in the technologies supported
  • assist with the identification and implementation of shift left initiatives
  • provide data and analysis of the data as requested

Requirements

  • approx. 2 years’ experience in a similar Mobility role
  • excellent knowledge of iOS
  • excellent knowledge of Android
  • good working knowledge of networking
  • good working knowledge of TCP/IP
  • good working knowledge of AD
  • good working knowledge of DHP
  • good working knowledge of DNS
  • good working knowledge of Enterprise applications
  • SOTI administration skills
  • Google admin administration skills
  • Microsoft Intune administration skills
