About the role

  • Understand the client's business, existing processes, problems, and needs you will be responsible for
  • Creating JIRA tickets
  • Document information on Confluence
  • Facilitate workshops and discussion sessions/channels
  • Design the system from a functional perspective, produce drafts of the Design documents
  • Work closely with the Technical Lead and Architects
  • Provide team with business experience, advice on industry best practices
  • Resolve issues raised by developers and testers during the Development and Testing stages

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience as a Technical Business Analyst working in Agile teams.
  • Attention to detail
  • Deadline driven
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Work well within a team environment
  • Proficient in English.
