About the role
- Working with distributors and vendors including managing the orders post-sale.
- Meeting delivery expectations/timeframes.
- Working with accounts department on various administration tasks for our orders.
- Contributing to monthly reporting for external and internal customers.
- Attending vendor and distributor training regularly to develop product knowledge and understanding.
- Supporting Account Managers in the day-to-day transactions of their hardware and software for clients.
- Ensuring Account Managers are kept up to date with all Communications on eta’s, back orders and order status issues.
- Takes reasonable care that their actions (or inactions) do not harm the Health and Safety of self or others.
Requirements
- Solid knowledge of procure-to-pay operational workflow
- Relevant operational experience
- Ability to deal with clients at all levels.
- Organisational and administrative skills, with a high attention to detail.
- Proven communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proven customer liaison skills, with the ability to build and maintain lasting customer partnerships.

- Previous hardware and/or software experience
