About the role
- Responsible for generating new business revenue by converting inbound leads and upselling existing customers
- Manage the entire sales cycle from qualification to close
- Conduct effective discovery calls and present tailored demonstrations
- Negotiate contracts and close deals
- Work closely with the Key Accounts, Sales Development, Marketing and Growth Teams to maximise conversion and deal size
Requirements
- Experience in selling software solutions to small and medium-sized businesses
- Consultative sales approach based on thorough discovery and well-presented demonstrations
- Outbound sales experience
- HCM or SaaS experience would be advantageous.
