About the role

  • Responsibility for key work packages or workstreams within consulting projects
  • Structuring and analyzing complex business issues
  • Translating data, analytics, and AI results into well-founded management recommendations
  • Preparing and presenting management-ready analyses and decision documents
  • Close collaboration with interdisciplinary teams from consulting, data, and technology
  • Regular client contact at working level and middle management
  • Contributing to internal initiatives, e.g., further developing our consulting approach

Requirements

  • 3–4 years of professional experience in management consulting or a comparable environment
  • Strong analytical thinking and a structured working style
  • Experience producing management-ready presentations
  • Excellent skills in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel
  • Ideally, initial experience with business intelligence, Power BI, or data analysis
  • High degree of personal responsibility, a hands-on mentality, and strong implementation skills
  • Strong communication skills, team orientation, and a professional demeanor
  • Excellent written and spoken German and English
