About the role
- Advise our clients on all matters related to maintenance and Customer Service in SAP, both from a process and technical perspective
- Support our clients on their journey into the future — whether moving to the cloud or integrating exciting AI scenarios
- Prepare requirements analyses and design customer-focused solutions in Maintenance and adjacent modules
- Take responsibility for implementation in both ERP and S/4HANA
- Support proposals and business development through presales activities and workshops
Requirements
- Several years of project experience in SAP PM/EAM and CS as well as in Asset Management (S/4HANA)
- Strong process understanding of financial and logistical business operations
- Customer-oriented, communicative, with an eye for requirements and projects
- Willingness to travel occasionally; predominantly remote work
- Very good German communication skills; English is desirable
