Requirements
5–10 years of project experience in data management, analysis, or related consulting disciplines.
Proven understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and technology implementation frameworks.
A proactive, “go‑getter” mindset with a genuine passion for data as a strategic asset.
Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and attention to detail, especially in requirement gathering, process mapping, and stakeholder engagement.
Strong written and verbal communication, presentation skills, and polished client service abilities.
Facility in running workshops with SMEs to elicit business and technical requirements, and mapping business processes with precision.
Aptitude for setting clear expectations, managing timelines, milestones, and proactively reporting on risks, issues, and dependencies.
Demonstrated proficiency in multitasking, with meticulous stakeholder management and influence—even under ambiguity.
Prior experience in project-based or billable consulting roles—preferably delivering visible deliverables and client impact.
