About the role
- Deliver end-to-end solutions in data management, governance, and monetization
- Engage across project phases from strategy to implementation
- Define and document requirements, analyze business processes, support testing, training, and rollout
- Collaborate with internal teams and work with partner software vendors
- Lead tasks that advance client success and firm growth; contribute to business development, thought leadership, and recruiting
- Contribute to methodologies, tools, and approaches to enhance market differentiation
Requirements
- 5–10 years of project experience in data management, analysis, or related consulting disciplines
- Proven understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and technology implementation frameworks
- Proactive, “go‑getter” mindset with passion for data as a strategic asset
- Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and attention to detail in requirement gathering and process mapping
- Strong written and verbal communication, presentation skills, and polished client service abilities
- Facility in running workshops with SMEs and mapping business processes
- Aptitude for setting clear expectations, managing timelines and reporting risks
- Demonstrated proficiency in multitasking and stakeholder management
- Prior experience in project-based or billable consulting roles
