About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Collaborate with sales and field engineering teams to enhance platform adoption
Drive growth in assigned customers and use cases
Serve as the post-sale technical lead for Databricks products
Manage technical account strategies and execution plans
Address technical issues or questions regarding use cases and production status
Leverage resources and escalate technical tasks as necessary
Create execution plans for customer-facing technical roles
Provide internal and external updates on customer health and KPI reporting

Requirements

What you’ll need

5+ years of experience in technical project/program delivery in Data and AI
Programming experience in Python, SQL, or Scala
Experience in a customer-facing pre-sales, technical architecture, customer success, or consulting role
Understanding of solution architecture related to distributed data systems
Understanding of attributing business value to specific project deliverables
Technical program or project management skills
Experience resolving complex escalations with senior executives
Experience conducting discovery workshops and managing complex programs/projects
Track record of overachievement against quota or goals
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or equivalent experience
Ability to travel up to 30% when needed
